The earth is not round
But faceted:
Fixed together by trillions
Of hedrons—a trillihedron—
So that nowhere that you stand is
Infinite but flat-set, junctioned

Other faceted hedrons—
Like people, as a singular

I'll have to play that for Harald and see if he notices (Harald is the large and shaggy orange cat that annoyed Anya for several years).

I played it for Harald. He was sitting quietly on my lap until the pathetic cries started, then he became agitated and tried very hard to get away. His ears were folded back, and he looked around quickly. Poor little cat.
